What to put on a South African invoice
- The word 'Invoice' (or 'Tax invoice' if VAT registered)
- Your name or business name, address and contact details
- The client's name and address
- A sequential invoice number and the issue date
- A description of the work, quantity and price in rand
- Total due, due date and banking details with a payment reference
If you're VAT registered
