Questions
- Is a signed quote a contract?
- An accepted quote can form a binding agreement, but a written contract covers more — IP, cancellations and late payment. The kit includes both.
- How long should a quote be valid?
- Many freelancers use 14 to 30 days so prices and availability stay realistic.
- Is this quotation generator really free?
- Yes. It runs in your browser, needs no sign-up and nothing you type is stored by us.
- How do I save it as a PDF?
- Press Print, then choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. The layout is set up for A4.
