What we collect

Checkout: your email address and order details. Card or bank details are entered on PayFast, never on our site.

Free checklist: your email, the page you signed up on, and when you agreed.

AI quotation writer: the brief you type is sent to an AI model only to create your preview and is not stored by us.

How we use it

To deliver your order (including an order email from orders@notify.randandrule.com with your download link and receipt), help with support, and — only if you opted in — send practical freelancer tips. Every email will include an unsubscribe option.

Free tools

The invoice, quote and calculator tools run in your browser. What you type there is not uploaded.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@randandrule.com.
