I paid but see “still confirming”
PayFast can take a minute to confirm. Wait briefly and press “Check again”. Your files unlock automatically once confirmed.
My payment failed or was cancelled
No money was taken for a cancelled payment. Return to checkout and try again, or use a different card or Instant EFT.
My download link expired
Each button makes a fresh five-minute link, so just press it again. Your order page works for 30 days.
I lost my download page
After payment we email your private download link and receipt from orders@notify.randandrule.com. Search your inbox (and spam) for "Rand & Rule order".
I can't open a file
The PDF opens in any browser. The Excel tracker works in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. The text playbook opens in any text editor or can be pasted into Word.
