Refund & support policy
The kit is a digital download. Because files cannot be returned once downloaded, we focus on making sure they work for you.
7-day file support
If a file is faulty, will not open, or did not download, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will send working files or, if we cannot fix it, refund you in full.
Change of mind
Because you receive instant access to the full content, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after files have been downloaded. Please review the free previews and tools before buying.
