RE: LETTER OF RESIGNATION — LERATO KHUMALO
Dear Mr J. Smith,
Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation from my position as Junior Designer at Acme (Pty) Ltd, to pursue freelance work.
In line with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and my contract, I am giving 4 weeks' notice. My last working day will be 2026-11-05, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
I will do everything I can to hand over my work smoothly. Please let me know how I can help, and confirm the payment of my final salary, any accrued leave and the issuing of my UI-19 form and certificate of service.
Thank you for the opportunities I have had here.
Kind regards,
Lerato Khumalo
