Deposit
A 50% non-refundable commitment deposit is payable before work begins.
Payment
Invoices are payable by EFT within 14 days, with interest on overdue amounts.
Overtime & cancellations
Overtime beyond the booked hours is charged per hour at the agreed rate. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
