Deposit
A 50% non-refundable commitment deposit is payable before work begins.
Payment
Invoices are payable by EFT within 14 days, with interest on overdue amounts.
Usage licence
The Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the images for the agreed purposes. Copyright remains with the Photographer.
