- What must a payslip show in South Africa?
- Section 33 of the BCEA requires the employer and employee details, pay period, remuneration, every deduction with its purpose, and the net amount paid.
- Do I need to give domestic workers a payslip?
- Yes. Domestic workers are covered by the BCEA and Sectoral Determination 7 and must get a written pay statement each pay day.
